I have been extremely tired lately and sluggish all day. When I go to exercise I can only bare to do 45 minutes when I'm used to doing anywhere from 60-90. I also get very dizzy when I go to stand up and have not been able to concentrate on my studies what-so-ever. Could this be a sign of an iron deficiency? What else could it be?

Pregnancy?
or Some form of vitamin deficiency, but would recommend getting a blood test to find out exactly what. You dont want to diagnose yourself with an iron deficiency and start taking suppliments when it could be something else.
Get a bloody test, find the problem then take the relevant steps to prevent it.

Could be. I would first look at your whole diet. Are you getting enough water? The first sign of dehydration is fatigue. (who knew) iron, along with a myriad of other minerals are abundant in fresh fruits and veggies. Are you getting enough or do you subside on refined stuff? Eat a balanced diet of whole grains, and fresh fruits & veggies, & I would bet you'll see a big change right away.
*Note, you may also be hormonal, I know lots of women who get really tired before they start their period. Either way, the advice is the same!
