or Some form of vitamin deficiency, but would recommend getting a blood test to find out exactly what. You dont want to diagnose yourself with an iron deficiency and start taking suppliments when it could be something else.
Get a bloody test, find the problem then take the relevant steps to prevent it.

If that dont help you feel better and get a stable amount of iron in your diet after the four days go see a doctor for a blood test it could be mono or something else.

Could be. I would first look at your whole diet. Are you getting enough water? The first sign of dehydration is fatigue. (who knew) iron, along with a myriad of other minerals are abundant in fresh fruits and veggies. Are you getting enough or do you subside on refined stuff? Eat a balanced diet of whole grains, and fresh fruits & veggies, & I would bet you'll see a big change right away.
*Note, you may also be hormonal, I know lots of women who get really tired before they start their period. Either way, the advice is the same!

What to do? EAT iron rich foods: Pork liver, beef liver, chicken liver, clams, oysters, mussels, shrimp, beef, enriched breakfast cereals, canned beans, canned asparagus, and baked potato w/ skin
