and not absorb the calories?

ya it's definatly to late it is never a good idea to make yourself throw up your food. Your body starts absorbing the calories right after you swallow and even while you are still chewing so if you were to throw up your food wich as I said is never a good idea you would want to do it right after you ate to minamize the amount of calories your body would absorb. But please do not get into this type of habit not only is it bad for your teeth but you could have a heart attack and there are a number of other health risk involved. It's easier on your whole body to just start eating healthy and excersizing.

The calories have already been at least partially absorbed. The food can reach your intestines in mere hours. If you want to try and get rid of some of that, be my guest, although there is a slim to none chance of it working. Besides, who likes throwing up anyway?

No. the body digests food in around 2-3 hours. Throwing up after you eat is not well.

Why would you throw it up! That is the worst feeling in the world and there are better ways to lose weight, if thats why you are throwing up

yah. it needs to be in aa 20 minute period.
and you cant really do it the first time because you don't have a gag reflex.
