how do I even make one, what healthy stuff do I eat, How do I tampt my self to eat healthy stuff

it's very simple people think it's hard but it's not. It's all about changing habits
switch your bread to whole grain,whole wheat then you want to change portions to small portions. More veggies less chips more fruits less sweet's like candy ice-cream ect. Then you want to change from eating out allot to ones a week now if you work pack your own lunch.Tortillas is allowed one each meal if you love soada get use to drinking lot's of water and you can add sparkling water with some fresh squeezed lemon it's real good.Stay away from coffee less alcohol and more tea.eat a small snak such as almonds or a fruit maybe yogurt with some fresh strawberries but make sure the yogurt is plain the fruit will add it's sweetness. Drink fresh juice like carrot can be mixed with apples pears ginger beet or simply just cantaloupe never mix cantaloupe with other fruit when juiceing. I always find it better to have my fruit nice and chopped in a container stored in the fridge ready to eat. Less red meat more fish and chicken cooked in it's own juices no oil added if you want use e.v.o.o you may want to use lots of fresh herbs and garlic for flavor but try to stay away from salt .You can alway's use sea salt instead.Try to stay away from fatty foods there no good you can have the same thing just cooked differently I do. You want a hard taco that's dipped in oil or a soft taco that's about the same thing just healthier for your body?When ever i order something from a drive through i order less or no spread stuff or i order with out the bun. If i want to eat fry's i bake them and they must be the red potatoes. It's easy you can have a nice healthy meal at every bite if you just put your mind to it. and if you love shakes,smoothies there's nothing like them when there from home you may want to keep your fresh fruit frozen for this and add yogurt or soymilk some ice and other ingredients such as whey or linaza. wheat germ can be spread on salads and you'll have your nice fiber for your body you have to be creative with your cooking you'll have fun doing it.

Read the labels of what you eat, decide if there is a healthier version of it, and cut back on fatty foods. Nothing bizarre, just pay better attention to what you eat and how much you consume of it. Also workout regularly, 3-4 times a week; plenty of cardio and whatever else you want to work on.
