Sit down with your dad and tell him that you don't mind signing up for a sport or another activity but you just are not very good at this one or its a sport that you do not enjoy, ask him if he can help you pick out a sport or activity that you can both enjoy talking about. This will flip the tables back on your dad so you can find something that will make him happy and make u happy too. Take care Heather

Talk to your dad, and honestly tell him that you do not want to do that sport. Tell him that you would love to do somthin together with him though, so that he knows you do not mean to hurt him. This is what I did with my dad!

Ask her if he really wants you to sign up for sports tell him that you need him to help you get into it. Ask him where and when and maybe you can get the information and sign up from there.If you need to pay fees, ask him again for it.
