I would probably answer your question with a question....what qualities do you like? Do you have any friends that you have had for more than a year or two? What is it about them that holds your interest? Maybe when it comes to a good friend that you have, it is because you have given them a chance to truly be known by you to a point where you value and respect that person's character. It is then that you decide if you want to take it to the next level of being a real true and long term friend and not what that other person can do for you now. Its about giving when there is any meaning in the relationship. Not so much how they can amuse you and keep your interest. I know it is different in romantic relationships, but if you are really interested in long term, try to consider being a friend first and dating to find quality friends. A guy that is not willing to be your friend deserves losing your interest really fast! Give the others a bit more time...

It should be a place that you find interesting. That way, if you do see him, you can him would have something in common. For example, if you really like art, go to a museum or join an art club :) . Is there any reason why you lose interest so quickly? Perhaps, you're just picking the wrong ones. In order to find someone you can click with, you have to share a few things in common.

Go do an activity that you enjoy like hiking or something as simple as bowling. Scout the area and when you see an attractive guy to strike up a conversation- this way atleast you know that you have one thing in common and the relationship could potentially last longer.

You really shouldn't be looking for it. That just comes from no where you can be walking down the street one day and some guy might help you up when fall down or something like that. You never know so don't look for it. Its just going to come to you by it self trust me. I hope that you find what you are looking for one day. Good luck

well , my suggestion is to try and find someone you have something in common with . for example , if you like music , go to a concert , and make friends with someone there , or if you like movies , go watch a movie somewhere , at first it might be difficult to go talk to a stranger , but that way you´ll meet new people . if you´re too shy to start the conversation , just say something to break the ice , like asking for the time of day. or if you don´t like that , ask your friends to help you , maybe you´ll find someone that you´ll like.

Try events that you really enjoy. If your into art, look at art festivals. You could also try classes, art classes, etc. You're guaranteed to have something in common with a person you meet like that!

You need to find a guy that has similar interests as you. You need to find the one that will give you the "spark" that will last.

Perhaps go to places where you do activities that you enjoy; more importantly, try to determine what you want in a guy.
