if he's ur friend & u know him very well you should try a 30 day trial periond 2 see if theres any sparks. I tryed that and we got along great.

Do you like him? If you do, go for it, but if you don't I'd advise not getting into something you might regret later. I heard that best friends that go out aren't really good friends if the relationship ends. If you want to stay out of it, you could tell him that you just want to be friends.
