ive heard that after a meal, if you do active exercise that requires you to bounce up and down alot (running, skipping ropes) you have more chances of having a piece of your food drop into the appendix when digesting, thus facilitating infection. i've actually felt the lower right side of my waist ache after doing what i just said. can anyone correlate that?

No that's not true. Like going swimming after U eat. Old wives tale. A piece of food is not going to get into Ur appendix.

What you're feeling is a stomach cramp. Not your appendix exploding in your side. Typical when you exercise after recently eating, can also be caused when you don't drink enough before hand, but nothing to worry about.
