High fructose corn syrup is in gatorade, snapple, arizona, ocean spray, all sodas, etc. Some drinks like, vitamin water, and fuze, have crystaline fructose in it, is that healthy? I only drink juice and drinks without H.f.c.s. Is crystalline fructose ok?

Also, what about juice from concentrate? I think its good only to drink juices that say 100%. But the thing is they are allways from concentrate. Is that bad? Am I getting anything out of it?

(by the way, dont tell me fresh fruit is the best choice, i knw that)

Some juices say, not from concentrate, and no preservatives. Im guessing its more fresh and has more vitamins because its not from concentrate but can you confirm this for me? Also, because it has no perservatives does that mean there is less chemicals? Am I better off without preservatives?
So is the best juice is the one that says - organic, flash pasterized, all 100% juice, no preservatives, not from concentrate. Is this my best choice?
The freshest purest juice?

the current amount of body fat is a direct indicator of the bodies ability to metabolize glucose (blood sugar). fructose while metabolized directly by the liver is more readily converted to a lipid if liver glycogen stores are full.

if you are on a fat reduction diet the amount of simple sugars should be limited to several servings daily, and are best consumed early in the day.
