So I really like this one guy Qassimens but there is one problem, he picks his scabs and eats them. I find it attractive but my friends get grossed out when he does it. What do you think? Should i stay with him or dump him?

Hey, what ever turns you on. If like him, don't worry about what your friends think. They can't live your life for you. That is kinda grossed out. If you have no problem with it then stay with him.

You're the one who would spend time with him, so go for it. It is not good to rely on your friend's wishes.
But think about this too, if you were with him at a park and your friends came by, would you feel indifferent if he picked his scabs infront of your friends? or would you be compelled to ask him not to do that in front of your parents, friends, etc.? That is the answer.

I think if he does it and you like it that you are both a little on the sick side.
What does how your friends feel about him have to do with you dumping him or not?
Heck, join in the fun and help him eat em yourself.
