try the low carb diet. no breads, rice, corn, potatos, no sweets, chips. Try to lower your suga intake. The weight will fall off. I have lost 30 lbs in two months. It works you just have to stay focus.

it is quick but severley dangerous--just dont do it, if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. I used a protein based diet after a friend who had lost a lot of weight with this recommended it to me. Fasting is a horrible way to lose weight.
Im NOT saying it will help you lose weight,
but I'm saying fasting with the reason to lose
weight is bad.
If you want to lose weight, the 3 main goals are:
1)EAT HEALTHY!!! I cannot stress enough that if you eat healthy, you'll feel good about yourself and naturally lose weight. For example: Instead of pizza -- go for a turkey sandwich or sub, instead of soda or a juice pack --go for water, milk, or orange juice, instead of cookies-- go for fig newtons or cereal (something else that's sweet). YOu can still eat cookies and desserts. Just eat them in moderation.
2)Drink WATER! Water is very healthy-- it washes out the "dirty" stuff in your body and keeps it hydrated. For some reason, drinking water aids losing weight. Aim for at lealst 4-6 8 oz glasses a day.
3)EXERCISE! This doesnt mean you have to go gym and work out for 2 hours. Exercise can be simple like lifting some 5 lb. weights or jogging around your neighborhood or house. Start by doing exercise at least 3 x's a week and gradually increase.
GOOD LUCK ON LOSING WEIGHT if you need to!

Fasting won't help because your body will think it's being deprived and increase storage of body-fat and make you look bloated. If you want to fast, do it right. Never fast at breakfast time. Studies have shown that women who eat breakfast consume less calories during the day. Fast either lunch or dinner, not both. Eat this :
Breakfast :
An omelet w/ cheese and jalapenos
or
Strawberry banana smoothie
or
Muffin parfait (crumbled muffin w/ yogurt and strawberries/berries)
Basically berries, eggs, protein and veggies with help with weight loss. Don't skip meals and exercise @ least 30 minutes a day. It's hard @ first but over time you'll learn to love yourself enough to not starve yourself girl !

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Only for a day or two then it has the opposite effect your body goes into starvation mode, slows metabolism and as soon as you start eating again it turns into fat much faster and you gain all you weight back and then some.

It does if you do it over a long period of time, but don't risk it because if you start eating afterwaards, then all the fat catches up and it gets clogged. I say, dont become anorexic, becaus eonce you start eating your metabloism is slow because it isn't working.

not really because after you fast you get really hungry then pig out. and then you gain weight back again. eat less and slowly but don't stop eating.
