I am afraid that if I wear it down or any other styles it will become frizzy.

If you wash your hair put anti-frizz hairspray in it and mousse you can leave it open and it will not become all frizzy.

i have curly hair to and i usually pull it up in a ponytail too.i sometimes wear my hair down when its straight or when i make it really curl with gel and hairspray.

my brother and sister both have really curly hair and it always looks pretty when they get a shower and while their hair is still pretty wet they put gel or mousse in it and let it air dry.

You are very lucky to have curly hair. Most ladies I know have to pay to get curly hair.
Curly hair lends itself to "finger waves" and "marcel waves".

i have curly hair .. jus after u wash it .. put mousse and hair spray .. and straightenur bangs .. mess with it a bit .. and itll come out really pretty
