We all know that with a little effort we can reduce our water usage: dual flush toilets, rinse water from the washing machine onto the garden etc. Do you have any novel ideas that actually make life easier? Here's one to get you started...
Don't shave. Grow that beard or forest those legs and underarms. Imagine how much water you'll save by giving up the razor- not to mention savings in cost of blades and time.

No, but really. If you live in a rural area (i.e. in the woods), go outside. No need to flush. It's gross, but hey? Who cares?

buy a toilet with multiple flush settings.
turn the water off when you shampoo your hair.
