It wasn't easy, I was 45, he was 47; we were both in love and very strongly attracted to each other from the beginning till the end.then we started living together......after we shared 3 years of life, with many difficulties in the relationship ( he is too used to be free and not to have to respond to anyone and I was a wife for 20 years and couldn't put up with the guilt that I left my ex ) he dumped me and isn't even interested in where I am or what I do....never heard from him again and I know that he met, three months ago and is seeing a 30 year old ucranian girl . how can a man that loved you, replace you after 20 days us beeing apart ?

I'm sorry that you are hurting and that he did this too you! He is scum. Try to put it behind you and move on. You are way too good for him... Just remember that...

Men in general find it easier to "replace" a love. There are some women that can do it just as easily. Sometimes its just a need factor... the need to be with someone, no matter if you just came from a bad relationship or good, whether you had sex or not. I personally know of a case where a military man replaced not only his career when he retired, but also his wife and son. He wound up being with another woman a month later, and married in 11 months. It is never an easy thing to lose someone you hold dear, love is full of ups and downs. It may be that simply the two of you were not meant to be. You gave a reason for him, and a reason for you on why things did not work. I wager that there were many more things bothering the both of you.
Good luck in your next relationship.

Maybe it wasn't really love you if you had many difficulties in the relationship. Maybe he's just a jerk.

Either he was already seeing her and she gave him a choice, or she is a rebound girl. Either way, get over him, he is a old punk and you can and will do better.
