I'm a 22 yr old female, still a virgin. All my friends lost their virginity between the ages of 15 and 18.
Since I'm older, will it be more painful when the hymen breaks during the first penetration? I mean, since I'm older, is my hymen thicker and harder to break through?

Thanks

no it doesn't u'll be fine. I suggest going and getting a pelvic exam before you start having sex. That way if anything is abnormal in there you find out and it prepares you for your first time. It doesn't really sting or hurt, it's just some pressure. I would recomend using a lot of lube your first time.
