A PLANT!
It doesn't have legs but "dances" with the wind
It doesn't have lungs but it breaths through it's cells
It doesn't have a life with like emotions but it can die...and live

probably fire, or some other element, but i would go with fire. no legs to dance, but fire still kinda dances from one thing to another when creating an even bigger fire, no lungs to breath but it breathes air and gets bigger from air, it tech. can't live or die b/c it's not living or dead but it still can be brought to 'life' and be put out which is a sort of death. so yea, fire.
