Does anyone actually think there is a real situation with Iran?

Question

So, I am active duty US Army and lately have been wondering about where Irans real intentions lie. I am begining to think our government it trying to hype up a situation that really isn't even there. Yes, there are some complications with the whole nuclear power/enrichment thing, but what is really going to happen next. Bush continues to piss of Iran, Venzuela, and a handful of other countries instead of trying to take the more diplomatic route.

Than with the military creating the new African Command, I wonder are we going to try to wage war on the African front. And if we do go to Africa will it be more on a peacekeeping mission. Many African countries are far advanced in guerilla tactics and I think a peacekeeping mission would turn into a war and than again we would have gone in under good intentions, but turned it into the U.S. putting there hands in another cookie jar that we didn't need to be in.

Finally I wonder, what happens after Bush?

Sure, there is a real situation. However if you are in the Mil. it is not your baliwik to think. Just do. Smile. This war raging now is like none this nation has ever seen and will not be won with the Mil nor by Political ploy. Just train hard and get good at your job, it will be needed in the US soon.

The Iran situation is wholly bogus. Many countries in the region have nuclear arsenals already. These include Israel, Russia,Pakistan and the ones on board American ships.
Out of all these nations Iran has proved to be the least aggresive to its neighbours.

attack on iran will be for israel, just like iraq was. i mean if you look at who owns the federal reserve of the united states you will understand better why you guys are in iraq to begin with
