You didn’t say where you live, but if you’re in the U.S….
The purpose of emancipation is NOT to allow a minor the right to go live with someone else, it’s to allow a MATURE minor the right to live on their own provided they are capable (financially, emotionally, etc) and have a *valid* reason that it would be better for them to be emancipated (telling a judge that you’re ‘miserable’ isn’t going to cut it…most people are unhappy at some point during their teenage years).
Emancipation has to be approved by a judge. It’s rarely granted in any state, because most minors don’t even come close to meeting the requirements.
The FIRST requirement for it is that the minor must prove that they are capable of fully supporting theirself--paying for rent, utilities, food, medical expenses, etc--with NO assistance from anyone. That does not mean moving in with someone else and depending on them for help/support/assistance/etc.
There are other requirements too, but since it doesn’t appear that you’d even meet the first one…
By the way, if you're throwing up that much then you need to see a doctor about it.
Also, the info that Amazing posted is for emancipation in the state of CA ONLY. The requirements are different in other states (for example, CA is the ONLY state that allows someone as young as 14 to petition for emancaption--other states would not allow it).

Depends on the state you live in. Some are more lenient than others. In all situations, you need to prove:
a. that you can be financially independent
b. that there is a pattern of irreconcilable relationship
c. that your parents are OK with it
Courts want to make sure ur not just being a hormonal teenager who resents her mom cuz she wont let her wear a wonderbra to the prom. This has to be a systematic issue of an irreparable situation that is harming your ability to function normally.
Emancipation cases are usually something like some loser parent that leaches off the kids job money, any pattern of physical abuse, or some parent thats flat out being negligent. But uve got to prove all of it.

How do I get emancipated?
There are three ways a minor may become emancipated:
1) get married;
2) join the military; or
3) go to court and have the judge declare you emancipated.
Do I need my parents' consent to get emancipated?
Generally, yes. Minors, whether emancipated already or not, need parental consent and a judge's consent to get married. Likewise, a minor needs parental consent to join the military. To be emancipated by a judge, a minor must give his/her parent(s) notice of the court hearing, and the parent(s) may go to court to contest the emancipation.
What are the requirements for a judicial declaration of emancipation?
* You must be at least fourteen years old.
* You must be living apart from your parents with their consent or acquiescence.
* You must be managing your finances and have a legal source of income.
* The judge must find that emancipation is in your best interests.
* The judge also wants to see that you are in school or have a GED.

Do an internet search for the emancipation age in your state. Each state is different. Some states have no law allowing for it, while others start at age 16. Good luck!

You would have to show the courts that you can hold a job and be financially stable to live on your own. Otherwise, good luck.

If you are able to show that you can support yourself and these people are willing to take you in and help you then yes, you can get emancipated.
You should have a job as a means of support.
Lots of information on legal websites on this subject.
be cool...
