Eat better, drink lots of water because let me tell you water works miracles for losing a few extra lbs fast and the reason is because it flushes your body out, make sure its cold too because it has been found that cold water better helps break dwn fat cells. and just do 20-30 min. of exercise everyday, it doesn't have to be long and drawn out just get your heart going, go on a walk and take some music, it always helps to get me going. If you want to lose it fast there is also a program you can go on but I wouldn't recomend it unless 1-you are way overweight or 2-Have the extra cash because it is costly. I needed to lose about 110lbs(way overweight) I have very bad motabolism and the first nine days I was on it I lost 12 lbs.if your interested you can visit there website it's
www.Isagenix.com good luck

Running is great for weight loss. Since running (whether on a machine or in the great outdoors) involves so many muscles it requires a lot of energy. You have two main types of energy stores in your body: glycogen and fat. Glycogen is stored in your liver and is the type that gets burned first (it comes from carbs and can quickly be replenished by eating). The second type is the fat in your body and this is what gets used second. After your body uses its store of glycogen, it moves on to the fat. Running, like I said before, requires a large amount a energy so your body moves to fat more quickly. Plus, running tones up your calves, quads, and buttocks.

My health teacher always told us to do 20 minutes of weights, lifiting and such, before running, jogging or biking. He said that since lifting weights in anarobic, or without oxygen it will burn through your temporary energy sources quicker, and get into your fat stores. You then run, because you'll have the energy from fat burning and be able to go for a much longer period of time.
