I need to get at least a four-pack by the day after easter. I have a flat stomach and I weigh 94 pounds. I really need the help. I don't want to use any money to buy stuff. I don't have any exercising equipment and I don't want to buy any. I have a couple exercise videos and I don't want to buy any either. I don't have alot of time every day to do alot of exercises. I have only two extra hours a day to do stuff. (school and work) And I don't want to go on a major diet. I'm going on a trip for a week and I can't hide my stomach because I will go swimming most of the time. If you could help that would be great because I really need this stomach to be fit. If you just have pointers or stuff you could just tell me, because I will put it together with other infomation. If this isn't enough infomation just tell me and I will add on to this chunk. Please help. You are my only hope. Please do not put this off because I have only a short time. Thank you for your help. I will forever be thankful

Okay. Lot of details. Here's the deal. U can't just have a four pack in a few weeks but you can fake it. Here's how. Walking to work or school can help with endurance. It all depends. If you work in an office and you get a lunch break, do some short stomach squeezes in the lobby or girls room. Fitness mags have quick and easy exercises. Here's one :

Lie faceup on a bench (or chair or couch, whatever) w/ feet on the ground holding s 4-10 pound medicine ball ( i use a big dictionary and it works out fine) w/ arms extended over chest. Lower ball toward head in three counts until arms are parallel to ground. Return ball toward chest, stopping 1/4 of the way up. Lower ball until arms are again parallel w/ the ground; return all the way bark to starting position in 3 counts.



It's easy and fun and you only have to do 10 to 12 reps. Takes less than 30 minutes !


Also more veggies and lean proteins help you bulk up. GOOD LUCK !

You have to do like an hour of ab workouts a day for that to slightly happen in two weeks for you. Since your stomach is flat it will take less time to see abs but its not gonna happen in 2 weeks unless you work really hard and push yourself...you have to do a variety of ab workouts, not just sit-ups and crunches, you have to do planks, bicycles, 6 inches with your abs involved, etc.

Flex your stomach muscles whenever you think about it, whether you are walking sitting or driving, just start to flex and hold for as long as you can. I have done this and found it to be greatly benificial along with sit-ups and leg extentions I do in my extra time (10- 20 mins. per day). I hope this helps out.

good luck..if you don't want to exercise,the only way to get any results then maybe if you wish really hard the exercise fairy will take care of you and you will wake up with the results you are looking for
