"Absolutely." - my wife, when I asked "will you marry me?"

"That's my dad." - my stepson

And ... no words, but an action. One day when I was in college, I was having a bad day, and I walked into the lobby of my dorm. This woman was standing at the reception desk, and her daughter, who had clearly just learned to walk, was beside her. She was kind of stumbling around near her mother. Then she looked up, saw me, and walked over to me. Before I could even bend down to say hello, she wrapped her arms around my waist and hugged me. Then she toddled off back to her mom.

I have no idea who this little girl was, who her mom was, or what ever happened to them. But not only did it make a really bad day a really great day, I've never forgotten her.

When my husband and I first fell in love, he told me this story of how the most peace he ever felt in his life was when he was in California alone, and sitting on the beach staring out into the ocean. He told me he had the same feeling when we were together. I will never forget that. He said I brought peace to his life. AWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!

"You're beautiful" and "You have nice legs"

Can I just say that John D's story about the toddler is just absolutely adorable. I have a toddler who just started walking and it reminded me of how cute they are at this age!!
