Do you actually use all the recipes you have collected?
I know I don't so I decided that I was going to work my way through the pile. If I liked the dish I keep the recipe if it's not so good the recipe goes in the bin. Within a week I have already found a new favourite (Moroccan Chicken) even though the recipe has sat in the pile for over a year without being cooked before.

My suggestion was similar, you could type in your recipes and name the file names with a descriptive name.. nice thing about computers. If you want to get fancy you could download a database program that's designed for recipes and then you could find your recipes easier.
I put a link up for free ones.. you can sort through them and read the reviews of what others have said about any particular program.
Then you could print the recipes as you want them and always have them on your computer.. just a thought.
