Its sort of lk the voice when you have a cold but I don't have a cold? what's happening

Could be drainage from your sinuses, This usually happens to me when they act up, you will be talking normal for a while and your voice will go raspy .
You may want to try some nasal spray, make sure it is the one that helps control rhinitis.

Go to the doctor. While your symptom is most likely completely benign, there is always the slightest chance that it could be something serious--a tumor comes to mind.

The doctor is also your best shot for identifying more routine causes. It's almost certainly a respiratory problem of some kind. If serious causes are ruled out and the doctor isn't much help with solving your problem check out the Alexander method.

Its allergies season. Your voice will do that. Or your voice could be changing. If your a girl it still happens. We dont sound like the way we were when we were 7. My voice went through that. But I am leaning towards it being allergies.

Do you have acid reflux? When my acid reflux is acting up it Burns your vocal cords and can cause a raspy voice. You will need to go to the doctor for nexium.

what you need to do is
that u need
to drink
more water often
at least about like 8-10
cups of water or anyother liquid
that would really help your voice
