The Bible says even a sparrow does not fall without God. I'm sure He takes care dogs as well. Dog do not have a free will in the same sense that we do. If they are means, it is usually because people were hateful to it or just didn't teach it good manners.

The bad ones go to Doggie Hades. Doggie Hades has seven layers just like Dante's Inferno.
Level 1: The dogs mill around in large groups, trying to sniff each other's butts, but their butts have no odor.
Level 2: The dogs are given baths daily. They are then released into an area completely free of any bad-smelling thing they could roll in.
Level 3: In this level, delicious table scraps are dangled just out of reach.
Level 4: The squirrels chase the dogs.
Level 5: Much like level 4, except the dogs are chased by all kinds of prey animals (squirrels, rabbits, birds, etc.)
Level 6: The Vet Office.
Level 7: This level is for very very bad dogs. They are never allowed to lick themselves. The toilet bowl is dry. Level 7 is ruled over by the Master of Doggie Hades: a large, mean cat holding a rolled up newspaper.

Its the owner's fault if a dog is mean. Dogs are God's creatures, so yes, all of them will go to heaven.

I hope that the mean people that trained their dogs to be mean dont go to heaven. But I have to believe that they do go to heaven--if not that would make me very sad about the babies that I have lost in the past. I hope so, and I believe that they do.

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. I think there is where all our four legged friends go.

There is no mention in the Bible of any dogs, or any other animals in heaven.

there is no Heaven, Space is a Vacuum, the only thing in the heavens are some astronauts on the space station

all dogs go to heaven (atleast most of the time) but BOXERS are guarenteed to go:)
