guy at work again? Help?

this happend again.. so me and the hottie that i work with have been flirting with each other. then one day when i was working front desk (he never did this) he called me to tell me that he's watching me in a joking way i thought it was really cute of him. now today i told him somethigs about myself you know hinting to him that. but i also asked him have he went to see 300 yet. so was i asking him out or do you think that he's diggin' me ?? help?? what should i do about this?what should u say to him?
