Too long. It's called "Grand Theft Auto" in CA, and can be considered either a felony or a misdemeanor. Depends upon how may priors, etc. Best to avoid the crime.

It depends on what state your in, how many times you been busted before, or if your in a car theft ring, all kinds of factors are in play, and lets not forget attorneys ,do you have a Court appointed or can you afford a really good one. Short answer is, months-to-years. You could try stealing one and give use a report on it when you get out of jail.

it also depends on the judge you get, and the time of year. Don't steal cars during an election year.

Too generic a question.

Depends on so many factors. Was it stolen under the premise of a carjacking? How good your lawyer is. What mood the judge is in, your previous record, etc. etc. etc.
