I get crazy and decide to eat whatever I want. Last nite I bought a pizza and ate the topping off of 2 slices, I used to could have eaten the whole pizza toppings and crust.
I just get so tired of depriving myself of what I want to eat. I have lost about 18 pounds since the 1st of February. My goal is to lose 70 pounds all total.
I keep fresh fruit, tuna, pretzels and all kinds of stuff in the kitchen, but once in awhile I just feel the urge to pig out on something really greazy and filling. I usually only do it once a week.
Am I going to fail at my diet over this or is it ok to cave once in awhile?

When I eat greasy , high fat foods, I end up with diarrhea now. It flushes straight thru me. It also makes me feel sick to my stomach. I am 238 lbs and would like to get to about 170 pounds.

As long as you exercise too, it shouldn't make much of a difference. After eating healthy all week, you might have a stomach ache afterwards since your body isn't used to so much food, but it shouldn't make your diet completely fail. And sometimes it is good to eat whatever you want. A huge part of diets that people seem to overlook is that portions matter. So if you are really craving that cheesy pizza, but don't want to blow so many calories (or whatever) eat a slice or two, this will satisfy your craving and reduce your intake. Also think about pairing pizza with something healthy on the side, like salad and fruit, and eat it as part of your meal so that you don't fill yourself up on just pizza.

Sometimes we all have a sudden urge or craving for a certain type of food but even though you want it do your hardest to push it away. Think of it as somethin gross or some nasty taste. If you do sneek a treat here and there in it won't totally ruin your diet but try as hard as you can not to eat it. Good luck!

It's fine to have a treat, try a limit it to once a week though (one item that one day). Your more likely to last the distance if you do treat yourself! Everyone caves once in a while, they're lying if they say they don't!
