my hair is naturally curly and im wondering how to make it look like this, like what products to use, and do i scrunch it or just let it dry after putting the products in? thanks!

its either hair gel or moose or hair spray... with like 1 inch curling iron

I think you should take a shower and wash your hair with a frizz - fighting shampoo and conditioner. Then apply Garnier Fructis Curl and Shine leave-in conditioner. Then blow dry your hair till its a little bit straight. Once your hair is completly dry, curl small sections of your hair with a good curling iron until there are curls throughout your hair. Then spray a good amount of Extra Hold Hair Spray. This should do the trick!!!!
