is there a way to send picture on ur computer to ur camera / memory card and if so how?

What Den B7 said is the easiest way. Also, use a USB cable when connecting your cam to your pc.

-connect camera & computer and switch camera on
-open folder containing the picture
-select file(s) to copy or move
-click EDIT and select copy or move to folder
-navigate to the camera media card and click copy (or move)

Don't expect to see the picture on the camera's LCD because some cameras will only accept native files, but a card reader should reveal whatever is on the card
