I need to loose the weight by agust27!!!!!

i meant 30 pounds by agust 27 and im in 7thgrade and way alot!!!!!!!!!!!!

It can be done, if losing some pounds of any description and inches is what you want then I would suggest you use a diet that is all natural and is rich in protein and vitamins, which is what the FDA recommends. Try the Atkins diet. My friends have used it and it works great. It's also safe for a girl so young! Another thing that works like a charm is getting step aerobics tapes and a step, even 3 days a week will improve a lot. Whatever you do- DO NOT OVERWORK YOURSELF! Don't try to loose it all in 2 weeks because it just won't work and the weight wont stay off if you don't loose it the right, healthy way. Good luck!

well, thats a little over 5 months away - so you would need to loose 10 lbs a month or 2-3 lbs a week, which, if you pick a good diet and STICK WITH IT, shouldnt be hard - my recomendation is not to pick a fad diet but something thats easier to fit into your lifestyle - weight watchers program is great and very easy to stick . a few tips are to drink lots of water- have healthy snacks around for when you need to binge ( like celery, which is negative calories becasue of how many calories it uses to digest) - and obviously another tip is to get lots of excercise and cardio , even a brisk walk every otehr day could help, then next month turn it into a jog and eventually a run - and theres way too many more to fit into one little message, so heres some websites that mite help...

The best way possible is to not eat past 7:00 pm every night. That will do the trick. To help that a long, drink TONS of water and walk every day for at least 20 min, but the longer you go you burn more fat. If you can walk 2 miles, even better. If you eat smaller portions that will help as well, but truly the key is not to eat past 7:00. Good luck! :-)

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

that has a little bit of time to work with... ok.. you NEED to spend 30 minutes 5 days a week exercising... you need to exercise aerobicly.. not anerobicly... if you can talk while exercising it's the right kind you need... go jogging... but you can jog some walk some jog some..but spend 30 min doing it... you can cut maybe 200 callories out of your diet... eat less sugar... these things will help you drop the weight..it takes about a month or two to start noticing the diffrence... =)

I would get a personal trainer or join a gym and get together with a trainer to see if it is healthy to make your goal 10 pounds per month. I dont know if you will meet that goal but maybe its not the pounds so much as it is inches off of the waste.

Precursor - Learn how to spell.

Go see your doctor. There's no safe way to "loss" 50 pounds in 5 months as a child, which I assume you are because of your spelling. Your doctor might be able to help out, but I doubt he or she would be willing to do more than recommend a diet change and exercise.

O.K.! Eat oatmeal,everyday mon Thur Fri,except for sat and sun,eat for breakfast and dinner a salad with tuna with all the fix ins,lunch go ahead and eat what you want.And with every meal drink a 8oz. glass of water.Mon Thur sat,walk two miles in the morning and afternoon,twice a day!on sun,just 35 min.And three days a week,exercises 15 min,doing leg lifts and crunches. And in about five months you'll be looking great.

You don't in a healthy way. It's only healthy to loose 1-2 pounds a week.
