Three sets of twins????!!!!!!!! WOW! I have one set of 4m/o twins, a 2y/o, & 4y/o. I thought I had a lot on my hands. (Unless, of course, they are from different marriages?) I answered your last quest you posted about your boss. Well, with that many kids, it would be like a family reunion all the time! They definately need one on one time with you, but how do you divide your time? Especially with a job! You might lump them into age groups and have a special wknd with each group. ie: 3 and under, 6 thru 8, 9 thru 12, 14 thru 16, and the 17 & 19 y/o. (or you could put all the teens in one grp)
This may be a little easier so you could find age appropriate games and activities to accommidate each one. The baby grp of course you can just play pat-a-cake and dance with them, they're not hard to entertain! 6 - 8 & 9 - 12 might like some of the same things, but would occasionaly like time away from the kids much older or younger, that's why I put them in different age grps. 6 - 8 would enjoy the park. 9 - 12 might like to play some frisbee, softball, or just fly a kite in an open field.Thy're old enough you don't have to watch them as closely as the younger ones. The teens would prob love a day at a theme park. It'd be expensive, but they're old enough to raise some money on their own. It would be fun for them and teach responsibility. Oh, also, movies are waaaay expensive and there are too many of you to keep up with, so rent a movie to watch at home and make popcorn! You can also select an older child in charge of 3 or 4 seperate grps(one leader for each grp) and have a game night. Have them play a different game every 15 minutes or so! Whew! I'm worn out already! LOL I don't know if any of this helps, but it sure got my creativity flowing! I have a deeper appriciation for my 'little' family of six!

Do you seriously have that many kids????? WOW! I have four and that is time demanding (they are: Girl 12, Boy 9, Boy 3 and Baby Girl 1) !
If you want to do "one on one" it will be tricky to share your time - you may have to make a kind of roster!!
Here's what my kids like to do one on one:
12 year old: A date with daddy - they go out to a cafe for coffee and chat - she dresses up and she loves it.
9 year old: A movie of his choice (or to save money) a bike ride together and throw a frisbee or ball to each other.
3 year old: Story time, or making cookies, tickle until they yell stop (for some reason that game never gets boring!!)
Baby: Cuddle, tickles
You could make a roster and let them write in what they would like to do with you!!!! They would love that. My nine year old was asked that when he was about 7. All he wanted to do was go and buy a coconut and crack it open and drink the juice. How cute.
We recently had a heap of kids over (about 20 in all) for a mass baby-sitting for all our friends. We did a Hawaiian party for them. It was so much fun. We did limbo to music, rolled coconuts and did hula hoop competitions. We made tiny surboards out of balsa wood and painted them. We did Hawaiian Lau painting (using leaves and flowers as stamps for painting). We made giant poster board feet and painted "flip-flop" shoes on them and stickers and toenails and stuck them all around the back fence. We watched Lilo and Stitch and had a big waterfight with squirt water guns. We had a barbeque. This took up 6 hours of fun. All the kids LOVED it. We do this quite often as our friends know we love having fun with the kids. We have also had a pirate afternoon (look on the internet for millions of ideas there!), mini olympics and super hero afternoons.
We never spend much money, just use what we find in the house or garage. The kids love doing Giant Mexican fiesta and we all cook up the feast and act crazy.
Sometimes I pretend I am this crazy french lady named "Madame Muffin" and the kids come to my restaurant and we all dress up and they order their food. It's stupid but fun. They just love it when my husband and I play with them!
We also make HUGE cubby/play houses in the backyard and play in them until they fall down.
Whatever you do, just have fun, get the older kids to help out with the littlies and you will have a ball.

My mom used to set a "date" with each of her grand kids-one on one.Now that they are older they express fond memories of their special them only date with grandma. One might like cars,so they would go to a racetrack, the other might like animals and would go to the zoo.Anyway, you get the idea!
