I am trying to determine a theme for my wedding. It doesn't get very wintery in Florida, so I wasn't sure if that would be too cheesy.

That would look lovely. By the time Thanksgiving day is over, everything is already decorated for xmas anyway so the winter theme is there regardless of the temperature. Have fun with it
