.25 m/s = 1 m/4s

1 km=1,000 m

2 km=2,000 m

4s x 2,000=8,000s

8,000/60 (to convert to minutes)= 133 minutes and 20 seconds.

This is a simple time-speed-distance problem. The lava is flowing at 0.25 meters per second, and must go 2000 meters. The obvious division gives 8000 seconds, or a bit over two hours.
