500-600 calories is not enough to substain you, so you may find that wanting to binge eat is your bodies way of trying to grab more energy. Im sure one day should'nt make a huge difference, but if you try and increase your calories to at least 1000 a day then you will find you will loose weight steadily and as you won't be starving yourself you will feel less likley to binge eat. Reducing your caloires to 500-600 a day will make your body go into starvation mode, which in turn will slow down your metabolism (the speed in which you burn energy). Good luck and I hope it all goes well for you.

Try not to worry, and just forget today.
You must get your calorie intake up! 500-600 simply isn't enough. This is what will have triggered your urge to binge. It's your body going into over drive to try and get some fuel.
You clearly have unhealthy thoughts around food and nutrition I recommend talking to your GP. If you need someone to talk to please feel free to email me. Dont be alone on this,

1) Your current calorie intake is not healthy, and could cause you long-term health problems. I recommend you see your GP on a dietrician
2) To gain 1 pound of weight, you must each 3500 more than your body needs. A normal adult needs (i;m presuming you're female) 2000 calories, so you will have to of eaten 5500 calories to put on one pound of weigh. However this just an estimate and will depend on your amount of exercise, and metbolism.

You should be on more like an 1100 calorie diet if you want to lose weight. You're starving yourself :(
But as long as you don't go all-out every day it's alright to binge once in a while.

you will but after today start eating healthy.
what i do to not gain weight is i eat Healthy and exercise for 6 days in the week, then that last day, sometimes Saturday or sometimes Sunday. On this day i eat as much as i feel like, cake, cookies, coke, pizza, spagetti...everything.
it is a way for me to never miss out on the good hearty foods hat i enjoy, but it is also important to keep your figure, especially if you are young.
good luck.

one day shouldnt hurt...but dont do it everyday...and i would eat more on a daily basis cuz thats like eating nothing cuz you burn off at least 500 calories just in a daily routine...so eat more...just make sure its healthy..and dont binge alot cuz thats not good for you either..dont worry i have the same problem..but i found if you have a little piece of chocloate or something a day then you wont feel deprived off the things you like just dont overdo it and youll be fine..also try to do things to make foods more healthy..for instance use a napkin to get some grease off the pizza...go for dark chocloate instead of milk..wheat bread instead of white..its the little things that make the biggest difference

Yes you will because you have been starving your body over the days of only each 600 cals. It will now try to keep every single calorie and store it because it thinks you are in starvation mode.

No, it is the month after month eating that does it. One day will have little effect on your weight. We binge when we are stressed.
