The cheese will get fuzzy before the meat (it's got a head start on the bacteria/fermentation process).
If the pizza is unbaked, I wouldn't eat it (first baked) past a few days. If baked and promptly refrigerated, it will last over a week, but nobody wants to eat leftovers that old if they can help it.

It should be good for a few days as long as you put it in a closed container otherwise it will taste like the other foods in your fridge.

Until it molds, or taste rubbery. Pizza lasts quite a while. You'll know when its time to ditch it and whip up a new one.
