Tell her parents and a school counselor that she is not eating at lunch. She could be telling her parents she eats at lunch! It could be that she's not eating anything at dinner or breakfast, either.
She could die very easily. She needs an intervention before she has a heart attack or a stroke due to dehydration, electrolite imbalance, and starvation. Your body needs calories or it eats away at it's own muscles for food, that's referred to as "wasting." Her heart is a muscle. Most anorexics that die have severe heart damage.
If she's anorexic and it could kill her. Tell her parents and a school counselor, in case her parents do nothing or don't care the schools counselor can help her. You have to say something.

Tell a guidance counselor or your favorite teacher at school. She has a serious problem and it is not usually something friends can fix, no matter how good their intentions are.
Anorexia is usually deeply rooted and caused by issues at home and inside her own head, so she needs professional help. You can help her get that help by anonymously discussing your concerns with an adult who is trained to deal with issues like this.
I'm sure she is glad to have a good friend like you!

She sounds like she already IS anorexic. Present facts to her. Malnutrition can lead to hair loss, heart problems and lots of other things. It could even ruin her chances to have children in the future....

Tell a trusted adult. i.e. the counselor, a teacher, your parents or even her parents. She is already anorexic.
That's the best thing you can do for her. You may lose her friendship, but at least she won't die of starvation.

shes already anorexic and u need to tell a parent or teacher that can get her some help if not your friends could die and I know you wouldn't want that. You've tried convincing her yourself but now its time to get adults involved.
