Yes.

First it will lost carbonation.

Second, it will absorb all the odors in the refrigerator.

Third, the wine will start to turn to vinegar through oxidation.

As Rachael Ray would say, "Yum-O!"

as with any wine if you leave it uncorked the wine will react with the air and begin to oxidise. however when a wine is cooled the oxidisation process is slowed somewhat, but not completely. so yes after 3 weeks uncorked the wine will spoil, but more to the point it will loose all the c02 in it so it wont be a sparkling anymore. go to any reputable liquor store and purchase a closure for sparkling bottles and you might get an extra few days out of it, but most sparklings should be consumed straight away.

Yes I assure you it is bad, You don't have a plastic cork? Wine will absorb odors that are in your refrigerator. The next time you go to the liquor store ask them for a wine stopper you can buy one for any size bottle, and they are cheap. Oh and it is best to drink the entire bottle of sparkling wine or champagne within 6 hours of opening it. Cheers!

It will go sour and lose its sparks, but still it makes a great mild vinegar for cooking. Only problem is that odors from other stuff in the fridge may contaminate the bottle.

It ain't gonna sparkle no more! Plus it has absorbed odors from the frige. Plus the majority of the alcohol has evaporated, but if it don't smell bad or have mold in it, then you could drink it. But I'd chunk it out.

No buzz, no bite, no drink!

It will definately be flat (goes without saying!). Might not be great - try mixing it with lemonade or sparkling water.

I would say yes. It probably loses its carbonation after a few days.

If it tastes flat and like vinegar, it's gone bad.

Maybe, maybe not.
