After a couple years.... because by then, you really know who she is.... you know all her faults and good things about her.
And you know that you two can handle a good relationship after being together for so long. : }
You do NOT want to rush into marriage. Marriage is a big deal. A lot of people apparently don't know that because there is a 50% divorce rate. Take your time to realize how strong your relationship is to see if it can last.

When you think its right. Now a little advice my 1st husband asked me when he found out I was pregnant. STUPID!!!! never get married cause shes having a baby. I was 18 him 25. Lasted 1yr. Lived together 4 mths. Now 8 years later I'm getting married again in Aug. I finally think I'm ready to do it again. He proposed on my b-day at little river casino. It was awsome. Much better than I'm pregnant and him uhhh hey lets get married. Again STUPID!! We've been together 3 yrs. So if she's not knocked up then anytimes a good time if you and she are ready. Good luck.

When you are ready to... And that means you believe that the person you are marrying to will be your one and only love that you would be with forever. Also, it means that you are financially stable and ready for married life responsibilities.

After you've dated for a while...and you can't imagine your life without her. You can picture you and her having kids and watching them grow. You can see yourself sitting on your porch in your rocking chairs side by side and your all old and wrinkly!! :0)

when you're havin a really romantic moment. you don't hafta plan it. i think it would be really sweet if you were like havin dinner at one of your houses or somethin and y'all were havin a really good day and then you popped the question. it doesn't hafta be all fancy like on tv for it to be just as special.
