Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

chin exercises might help a little bit but you need to lose overall weight so that your fat can balance out throughout the body..google double chin exercises

you need to start a diet and exercise routine, it will decrease as you tone up, and lose weight. Make sure you stretch your neck and shoulders, as well as the rest of you, before each routine. It helps!

do jaw excersizes. Chew gum, yawn, etc. also, just basic diet and excersize will help
