Hmmmmm. I guess it matters if you mean "before" a law was given against it, or "after" the law was given.
At the beginning of time (according to us Creationists anyway) all humankind had one pair of ancestors: Adam and Eve. We are all their children, their offspring, their decendents. Of course, without "other" humans to make babies with, the first Parents' children would have had to procreate with each other (brother/sister unions) in order to establish the Human Race. If you are counting this as incest, then the first recorded pairing would have been Cain and his wife, who would, of course, have been his sister.
Skip to the future. God's law wasn't given to Moses until after the Isrealites left Egypt. If you are counting "incest" as an immoral act, then you have to start with the giving of the Talmudic law. In that case, the first guilty person recorded is probably Amnon, son of King David, who raped his half-sister. If there is a case of incest recorded after Moses, but before Amnon, I can't remember it.
Amnon, IMHO, was a real butthead. Give him a Darwin award, please!

I believe that the first written history of incest concerned the ancient rulers of Egypt beginning about 10,000 BC. It was believed that the bloodlines should be pure so it was allowed for brother and sister or father and daughter to mate.

Don't think it was Adam & Eve - wouldn't that be more like asexual reproduction - since Eve was a clone of Adam?
As for Cain & Able, the Bible says there are other gods, so maybe the other gods created the boys' wives.
I Think the first (in the Bible) was Moses' parents since they were related by blood. Moses was a product of incest.
If we're talking outside the bible, then Isis & Osiris.

Yes, gay people are the same as those who practice incest, rapists and cannibals. We are all the same people. a One. The gay, the cannibal, the necrophiliac is who We are, who our children and and grandfathers have been and will be. We are all children of God, the One Child of the One God. To answer the question on more base level, lets go back into the times when Christianity was claiming this in the negative sense. Thousands of years ago, to be gay was to fail in the two most important roles a society was demanding from the individual in order for the society to "coexist upon" other societies; to procreate - make family and to kill in war - destroy family. Gay people were seen as useless in society in that sense - in the sense male monotheist trait "conquer and dominate" is about. Despite all the abundant fruits of wisdom, today, people are confused, poor in spirit, destructive. They stumble around in identity crisis and end up tending to gather like domesticated sheep awaiting a shepherd. They can not separate what was then from what is now, so take the words of the Bible literally, out of idiocy, spiritual misery. Their Ego in danger of implosion, they reflect this by turning against a social minority in utmost destructive manner. Necrophilia is a mental deviation. Cannibalism is extreme human behavior in extreme situations of life and death, unknown to the McDonald's carbon hydrate devouring culture. Rape is a social phenomena, where society by itself shares its potion of guilt. Homosexualism is chromosome aberration during prenatal stage. To the idiotic spirit, they all fit into one scapegoat basket, reflecting the spiritual impotence of the executor upon the labeled social minority. The whole global society is in crisis... going downward...

this is very easy, Adam and Eve were the first 2 living people. They had 2 sons, Caine and Able. They had wives and kids, therefore they married siblings.
