get involved in the same church youth or adult group he is in and wear something that is bright and cheerful - men respond to visual things and maybe do your hair a little different or wear some shiny lip gloss and if he looks at you - you MUST smile!

Do you know how many 'christian' people are the killers and ..... Well, those are the people in name only but anyway. Or shall we say the strayed.
You should make yourself presentable. A girl a boy would like to take home to his mother. Or you could always be yourself and search for a way to initiate conversation. Don't be a ho.... it would attract him but not for the reasons you want....

some times you have to be obvious, ask him to your house for a party, invite some friends to watch a movie. have them all bring a favorite snack.
