Is it normal for a bird to have a bald back, and does not pluck itself?????????

No it is not take it to the vet!
If they say it is ok ( they will probably not!!)
put new toys in it can mean that they are bored too!
but first go to the Vet!!!

No, it's not normal. There may be a dietary deficiency or a disease process going on. Your avian vet can test for the problem.

i think that bird is sick...should probably go to the vet
