I am on my period (too much info, I know) and so before I left for work this morning I put 2 ibuprofen in my pocket. I came home on my lunch to walk the dog and was feeling terrible so I took my pants off to lay down. There was a dog treat in my pocket and I know my dog at that. I can't remember if I had taken my ibuprofen or not this morning but I know it was definitly not there after she at the dog treat, she is acting fine, what should I do?

Ibuprofen taken on consistent quantities or large doses may cause gastric ulcers. Generally if the dog has had some food recently the chances are reduced. The thing i would be looking for is any sign of toxicity. such as twitching tremors excessive panting and so the list goes on.
You will see toxicity with in the hour of ingestion. The thing is with ibuprofen is to watch out for any bowel bleeding when the dog does a poo for the next 7 days. If there is no bleeding and your dog had not shown any signs of a gastric upset then you are lucky this time.
Generally this is a large dose for a small dog but for a large dog it may have been OK.
Keep an eye on him and monitor any behaviour changes especially the bleeding and going of food.
To the Vet for your dog if that happens

yea canine are like family individuals individuals... yet i cant come across a rationalization why is the canine trowing up with blood! has it been outdoors... or ingesting grass? grass makes a canine throw up... canine kno that grass will clean their abdomen. young toddlers mortin shouldnt do plenty injury to a canine, because of the fact that could be a susceptible bottle and it does not impact a abdomen, yet replaced into it a small bottle?... properly it outcomes kidneys. thats the only ingredient u might desire to be stressful approximately. if kidneys are effected ur canine might desire to flow on nutrition it fairly is undemanding to interrupt down. u dont might desire to take my be conscious for it cuz im 19 yet that is my hint. i might flow to the certainly vet it fairly is on accountability. he has kit and ought to do an xray in case if he ate some thing sharp like glass, or get a digicam up his abdomen and notice what's goin on, yet that usually costs plenty. i examine the comments under... and the peep didnt found out that the tummy is incredibly plenty flushed already... i might get the canine a nutrition plan... little nutrition and a large style of water. permit me comprehend how does the canine sense. playstation my canine had kidney problems too...

Take her to the vet, if you have suspicions. Ibuprofen can be fatal to a dog's kidneys. If she has a fever, yellow goop coming out of the eyes they you need medical attention immediatly.

Call your veterinarian and ask them. If they don't know, they can give you the number for animal poison control (yes, they have a poison control just for pets). They phone call costs money (not too much) and they'll tell you what you should do.
