I was thinking about adding onions and bell peppers. Yes? No? Undecided? I don't like buying the fresh beef because I don't know how to spice it up enough. :( I need recipe help.

No way!!! Don't use chili to make spaghetti. There are plenty of marinara or red sauces in the store. You can add onions and bell peppers to the pasta sauce. You can add the beef or make a meatless sauce. If you use the beef, season it with garlic, oregano and basil. Fresh garlice is better than powdered garlic. You can also use Italian seasoning that already has those in it.

That actually sounds good just add it to your sauce and go ahead and add the onions and bell pepper.

the other night I had Friends over for spaghetti, but I don't make enough Sauce (hunts Canned) and I had a large can of Manwhich Sauce I added it, my guests though my sauce was homemade and raved they still said it was good and would have never thought of it when I told them.

you can do that, its worth a try at least once right? and you never know you might like it. so i say try it.
its east to season ground beef. when i make it i use black ground pepper, season salt and garlic power. just season the meat while it is cooking when is done drain it and taste it. if it needs something else add it. don't add to much seasoning salt. the key is tasting it. once you do it once or twice you will get the hang if it and learn how much seasoning you like.

In the midwest, we call it Chili-Mac. Even better is to add it to Macaroni and Cheese from the box. Add the milk as usual but leave out the butter or margerine after boiling the noodles.

It's perfectly fine! Just call it Cincinnati chili and serve it over pasta. It's really good.

Not enough brain cells to read a package of "Italian Meatball mix" eh? or the thousands of recipes online? Not when they use code, like tblsp. How do people like you ever get out of diapers. More important, be sure to sleep though Novembers.
