Some bacitracin cream, and don't let him lick it.

If it’s only a hot spot (something like this: http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b264/xoxmissjxox/Picture001.jpg ), you need to get to a pet store and buy some spray or cream for it and it will heal up within a week or so. Don’t let him/her lick it off.

If it’s anything else or you're not sure it's a hot spot, get to the vet or it could get infected.
