As one who used to suffer from asthma, and has had his share of colds and allergies, if it gets bad enough, you can always go to the hospital ER, and they'll take care of it. Of course, medical insurance would be a good thing to have if you do go to the ER. God Bless you.

If he has an Albuterol inhaler, he can take up to 9 doses of it one after another to equal that of a nebulizer treatment that the doctor would give him. However, if his breathing doesn't get better, he needs to go to the ER for epinephrine.

He needs to stay calm. Stress will aggravate his breathing, so he should stay as calm as possible.
He may be able to call the pharmacy where he got his medicine filled & tell them it's not working.
If it were me; I'd call the Doctors office right now.

if he's feeling that much out of breath he should call 911 and have them come and take his oxygen level.if his inhaler is not working i would call 911 now...if he can;t breath tomorrow might be to long to wait.....good luck to your friend and you for helping....

he may get distressed and panicky .. I'd suggest someone drives him to hospital where they will have stocks of what he needs ... and they can put him on a nebuliser anyway for 15 minutes .. that will give him a lot of relief

If its really bad there is always the emergency room. Better safe than sorry.

You need to drive him to the ER, because if it gets just a little worse he could possibly die.
