When God had not created this earth he was where he has always been...EVERYWHERE. You see God is not dependant upon the earth, just as you can create a pizza but that dosnt mean you didnt exist before you made the pizza..The nature of God is that he is a conciousness which streaches infinetly if you close your eyes and all you see is black that never ends then you can imagine the essence of god his conciousness never ends thus he emcompassess all things. Indeed God is great. Ameen.

What do you mean "where"? Why assume that God needs to occupy a place (or a time)? That road just leads to the triple-decker-universe that we gave up on a couple of hundred years ago.
