well i say you should talk to him and flirt with him.. give some time and flirt with him.. soon or later maybe after 2 or 3 days of flirting with him then he will maybe ask you if you would like to hang out.

DO NOT Flirt with him anymore!!! You become an easy girl. DO NOT--girls always tend to think that. Being private with him it becomes even more personal and wanting. Let's him know that you mean something not a one on one. If you really, really like him than do it appropriately. Drop him the note and if interested he will ask you out. If he does not, not to worry.
If you flirt with him and do all this flirting and than his not interested... You are really going to feel very shy for doing that.
Drop him a very simple note! and after that he will take care of everything. You are shy and he is shy. But guys tend to be the aggressive ones and girls the passive ones.
The note has got to only say.... "You are very cute!"
