I am willing to travel to PA, WV, VA, & DE. I'm not looking to pay anything over 500, I know I can get a dog for as low as 300 online. I'd just rather pick one out in person.

Be careful what you get for that price. You may get a dog with a lot of health problems down the line. I got my pug in PA and she came from good stock with parents on site. She was $800. That is what all the reputable breeders charge in Western PA and Ohio.
My friend's pug who came from the paper from a backyard breeder had a heart condition and died at age 1.

Go to ...puppyfind.com then type in your location and you will find Breeders in your state.Oh yes you have to go to Pugs first then go to location.Good Luck!!!!!!
