Hi. i was just wondering how long to walk on the tredmill for and how fast of a pace for a normal weight loss?

my sometimes when i feel like it workout is: 30 minutes on a treadmill, walking 3.2 miles per hour, and an incline of 10....which is as steep as it goes so i burn about 300 calories...its a very nice work about because every once in a while I'll go an whole hour....plus you don't get tried...(well i don't) so its funnier that way

You must judge that for yourself. When you are walking you should be able to breath easily. If you are out of breath, then you are not going to burn fat. Fat burning requires oxygen and if you can't breath, not enough oxygen is getting to your cells. Additionally, when you are out of breath, you are exercising anaerobically which causes you to have arthritis like symptoms in your joints.
