I am 38 weeks.. and well i have a loser for the childs father... He is denial about the child definitly being his and stupid stuff.. I know one mroe thing for me to stress out about!! Well has anyone heard about getting a paternity test done right when the baby is born and in the hospital for those 3 days??

it can be done but he has to be present. Check with your hospital you will be delivering at to see what their policy is on it and what will be required to do so.

Most of the time, if the father refuses to do so, it will take for you to file a court order with your county to have him do a paternity test... they will require this anyway (most of the time) when filing for child support

Yes you can request one. They can tell right away. I'm not sure how long it takes to get back but it can be done.Good luck!!
